Your account and everything in it can be removed permanently, whenever you want. It takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.
How to have your data deleted
- 1.Delete everything at once: sign in and tap the "Delete my account" button below. Your whole account is wiped instantly.
- 2.Delete some things without closing your account: fill in the "Ask us to delete your data" form below — for example one photo, or everything a companion remembers about you.
- 3.Can't sign in? Use the same form and we'll match your request to your account.
What gets deleted
- •Your profile, display name, username and bio
- •Messages and photos with companions and with other members
- •Voice notes, generated photos and videos
- •Your coin balance and purchase receipts
- •Everything a companion remembers about you
Any coins left in your balance are forfeited, and card payments you already made stay on your bank statement as they always do.
What we keep, and for how long
- •We keep nothing about you on our servers after deletion — everything above is removed straight away.
- •One exception: our card processor keeps a record of payments you made, because financial rules require it. V-Companions can't remove that record.
- •There is no extra retention period. Your account is deleted the moment you confirm it, and requests sent through the form are completed within one business day.

Ask us to delete your data
Use this if you can't sign in, or if you'd rather have some things removed without closing your account — for example one photo, or everything a companion remembers about you.
How we handle a request
Requests are read only by the person who runs V-Companions. We confirm it's really your account, then remove what you asked for — usually within one business day. If you asked for the whole account, it's gone for good and any coins left are forfeited. Read how your information is handled in our privacy policy.
